What if I need a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for items I’ve ordered?

If you would like to request a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for items ordered through EE Distribution, please fill out the form below. Please note: If we do not currently have the requested CPC on file, we will do our best to obtain the document from the manufacturer. However, it can take up to two weeks to hear back, and in some cases, the CPC might not be available. If your item comes into stock during that time, your order will process as usual.
